That's quite a pile you've got there. But the yoga sounds like an interesting possibility. I hope that works out for you. And I hope the meds help, too. Every person has a unique reaction to a given drug. Zoloft, for me, might as well be sugar pills.

The thing about Lyrica is that fibro patients tend not to get the deep sleep that they need. The sleep cycle gets interrupted. Not necessarily to the point that you actually wake up, but, just as with apnea, going from restful sleep to lighter stages before it's time. Lyrica can, in some cases, help correct that. It's actually been shown to increase the amount of deep sleep that you get. Unfortunately, it's advertised as a painkiller rather than a sleep agent. Even knowing to look for the sleep studies, it can be hard to find good information on them.

Anyway, no guarantee that it'll work for you, and I don't know how well it crosses with anything else that you're on, but it might be something to talk to your doctor about.
