I am having trouble. I got a referral from my primary doctor to go to a pain clinic, but my insurance doesn't have anyone within 30 miles of me, so they said they'd approve someone outside the network. But I've called probably 7 or 8 different places (some of them more than once when I got transferred around) and the places I've found either a. don't accept outpatients (inpatient only - hospitals) or b. refuse to even consider taking the approval from my insurance.

I don't know what to do, and with the weather changing, I'm in a lot more pain than usual. Does anyone have any ideas?

Beard of Odin, this is SO MUCH AWESOME! I usually get to see what the courbitntors are up to, but it's rare I get a look at what other commenters do more posts, please! Nothing proper on the drawing table at the mo, but here's some sketches done up this week after reading an article on the latest fossil evidence for dinosaur colours (iridescence in Microraptor feathers, this time). I really don't know a damn thing about dino anatomy, but hopefully 'bird with lizard head' isn't too far off.

This is from Wikipedia: Two major identity prrdevios online, AOL and Yahoo!, can currently be used with OpenID. AOL's system, using openid.aol.com/username, is currently in beta. Yahoo has unofficial, third-party OpenID support at idproxy.net. Also, Flickr's login is now merged with Yahoo's, isn't it? As such, it would seem to me that using one method or another, an OpenID can function for Yahoo/Flickr or AOL/AIM, killing two birds with one stone, as they say.

The core ethical value in sekedolfs is respect and kindness. In the garden they are kind with each other helping them and giving them tips. The respect part is that no one is judging one another. They respect other ppls plants and garden.
